Internally Embedded Pre-Welded Outlet Flexible Pipe Production Line

Xindacheng's Internally Embedded Pre-Welded Outlet Flexible Pipe Production Line is designed for continuous manufacturing of flexible irrigation hoses with pre-installed water outlet joints.

Unlike conventional hoses that require outlet installation after production, this system integrates outlet feeding, hole punching, welding, hose forming and winding into one automated production process. The outlet joints are positioned and welded during hose manufacturing, helping reduce manual assembly and maintain consistent outlet spacing.

The line supports laser or ultrasonic welding and adjustable outlet spacing from 100 to 1500 mm, allowing the equipment to be configured for different irrigation layouts and hose specifications.

Main Advantages

Pre-Installed Water Outlet Structure

Water outlet joints are installed into the hose during production rather than being added manually after the hose is manufactured.

This integrated structure simplifies subsequent installation and helps maintain consistent outlet positioning along the finished hose.

Laser or Ultrasonic Welding

The production line can use laser welding or ultrasonic welding according to the required material, hose structure and production configuration.

Automated Continuous Production

The production line integrates multiple processing stages into one coordinated system:

Unwinding → Hole Punching → Outlet Feeding → Welding → Hose Forming → Storage → Winding

PLC-based control allows the main units to operate as an integrated production system while supporting independent adjustment of individual sections when required.

Production Process

The flexible hose material is first supplied through the unwinding system with controlled tension.

The punching and positioning section prepares the required outlet positions. A vibration disc feeder automatically supplies the outlet joints to the welding unit, where the joints are connected to the hose using laser or ultrasonic welding.

After outlet installation, the hose passes through the forming and welding sections before entering the storage and winding units.

This continuous process reduces intermediate manual handling and provides a consistent production sequence from raw hose material to finished irrigation hose.

Core Equipment

Unwinding System

The unwinding unit uses tension control to provide stable material feeding throughout the production process.

Consistent feeding is important for maintaining outlet positioning accuracy during high-speed continuous operation.

Outlet Feeding & Welding Unit

The outlet feeding section uses a vibration disc feeder to automatically orient and supply the water outlet joints.

A rotary punching mechanism prepares the required positions, followed by laser or ultrasonic welding according to the selected configuration.

The welding system is driven by a servo-controlled mechanism for coordinated material movement and outlet positioning.

Hose Storage System

A hose storage device provides buffering between the upstream welding process and downstream forming or winding sections.

This helps maintain continuous operation when the material flow between individual units needs to be temporarily balanced.

Hose Forming & Welding

The forming section completes the hose structure after outlet installation. The production line can also include an adhesive strip mid-seam welding unit according to the selected hose construction.

Dual-Station Winding

The finished hose is collected by a dual-station winding system.

The winding unit is designed for continuous production and organized roll formation, reducing manual handling during the final production stage.

Multi-Layer Hose Structure

The production line can be configured for multi-layer flexible irrigation hose structures.

A white outer layer and black inner layer can be used according to the required product design and application. The final material structure, layer thickness and color configuration can be adjusted according to the customer's product requirements.
