About Us

Qingdao Xindacheng Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and manufacture of plastic extrusion lines and related equipment. Combining technical research with manufacturing experience, we provide machinery for a range of plastic processing applications, from drip irrigation products to packaging materials and industrial films.

Equipment for Multiple Applications

Our main product categories include drip irrigation tape and pipe production lines, PET and PP strapping band production lines, plastic film and sheet extrusion lines, and equipment for plastic pipes and profiles.

For drip irrigation manufacturing, our equipment range includes high-speed drip tape lines and production solutions for different drip pipe structures. For packaging applications, our strapping band lines are designed for producing PET or PP bands. Film, sheet, pipe, and profile extrusion equipment serves additional processing requirements.

Engineering and Manufacturing Experience

Our technical work covers polymer processing, extrusion technology, and industrial automation. We continue to develop equipment around product specifications and manufacturing requirements, considering factors such as raw materials, dimensions, production capacity, and downstream processing needs.

Xindacheng holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and CE certification. We also cooperate with research institutes and universities and have participated in the preparation of a Chinese national standard related to pressurized agricultural irrigation systems.

IN 1998

Qingdao Xindacheng Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. Established.

IN 2000

Successfully developed the first silicon core tube production equipment in China.

IN 2000

Successfully developed a three-layer co extruded nano antibacterial PP-R pipe production equipment and obtained the company's first national patent.

IN 2001

Successfully developed a high-speed (sewage treatment carrier) modified biological suspended filler pipe production line.

IN 2003

Establish a company factory in Fu'an Second Industrial Park, Jiaozhou City, and put it into use in early 2004.

IN 2003

Successfully developed the first generation PET two packaging belt production equipment.

IN 2004

The first PET sheet production line in China to directly extrude 100% bottle sheet material through a parallel twin screw extruder.

IN 2005

Successfully developed a PVDF sheet production line.

IN 2006

Collaborating with Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Science, we have successfully developed an internal embedded drip irrigation belt production line, obtained a national invention patent, passed CE certification, and won the first prize for national project application achievements in 2010.

Successfully developed high-speed slideway corrugated pipe production equipment, with a production speed of up to 25-30m/min.

IN 2009

Successfully developed a production line for embedded cylindrical drip irrigation pipes.

IN 2010

Introducing advanced Italian technology, we have successfully developed the first domestic one out four high-speed packaging belt production line, with a production speed of up to 120m/min.

IN 2011

Collaborating with European AAS company to jointly develop high-speed embedded drip irrigation belt production equipment, with a production speed of up to 300m/min; High speed embedded cylindrical drip irrigation belt production equipment, with a production speed of up to 80m/min; And register the "Zenong" brand.

IN 2014

We have developed a production line for carat tubes (large diameter B-type structural wall winding tubes) with Tianjin Yehe Company. The co extrusion equipment and winding device for carat tubes have obtained national invention patents.

IN 2017

Establish a modern constant temperature precision mold workshop, equipped with various high-end imported equipment, and successfully develop various precision products, especially various dripper products that have won multiple national invention patents.

Successfully developed a high-quality melt blown fabric production line, with product filtration level reaching KN95 or above.

Successfully developed eight high-speed PET packaging belt production lines, with a production speed of up to 160m/min. The embossing machine and automatic winding machine have both obtained national invention patents.

Optimize and upgrade the intelligent interconnected high-speed chip drip irrigation belt production line, with a production speed of up to 350m/min; High speed internal cylindrical drip irrigation pipe production equipment, with a production speed of up to 120m/min.
