4.1 Vacuum Suction Automatic Feeding Machine

Prevents material contamination and ensures precise ratio delivery for EVA+additive or POE+additive blends.

4.2 Customized Screw Extruder

XinDacheng designs specialized screws based on plasticization characteristics of different materials. Features good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion — minimizing gels and fish eyes for solar-grade films.

4.3 Intelligent Temperature Control System

The extruder temperature control cabinet provides over-temperature and low-temperature alarms. Automatically stores various resin temperature formulas for EVA, POE, and their blends.

Temperature calibration: Uses temperature measuring holes for calibration across screws, screen changers, melt filters, distributors, molds, and other components. All zones have measurement and monitoring points to prevent temperature, power, and position deviations.

4.4 Jingcheng Oil Heated Screen Changer (Hydraulic)

Designed for high-viscosity melts. Oil heating ensures uniform temperature distribution without thermal degradation during POE extrusion.

4.5 Jingcheng Melt Metering Pump

Melt metering pump with water cooling + drive + control. Provides pulse-free flow, ±0.5% metering precision, and stable pressure for cast film uniformity.

4.6 Jingcheng Connector Flow Channel and Distributor

Ensures precise layer ratio for EPE three-layer and EP type co-extrusion structures.

4.7 Manual Die Head + Mold Lip Temperature Control

Flexible die lip adjustment for fine thickness correction. Equipped with multiple temperature sensors to avoid process deviations.

Thickness Measurement and Scanning

Tempering Treatment

Shaping and Edge Cutting
